Registration, user account

By submitting the registration form, the user concludes a usage agreement with ITG. If ITG accepts the registration, the user will receive a confirmation email with a personalized link. In order to complete the registration, the user must call up the link provided with the confirmation email and thus verify his email address.

Acquisition of Digital Content

Digital content, e.g. the articles, blogs, and graphics posted on the ITG website, is entirely the ITG owners’ asset.

Access to Digital Content

The digital content is displayed to the user directly in the web browser. The prerequisite is the use of a standard web browser in a current program version. For use outside of the browser environment, the digital content is made available for visitors.

 Rights of Use

The digital content provided by ITG is protected under copyright and, if applicable, other legal aspects. However, the corresponding rights remain entirely the property of the respective rights holder.

 Comments, expressions of opinion, exemption

Registered users may have the opportunity to comment on test reports or the products tested in the ITG offer or participate in other participation forms. However, the user is prohibited from all behaviour that runs counter to the goal of fair and meaningful evaluations or comments and the goal of treating each other with respect. In addition, the user undertakes not to post any illegal content, in particular, not to post any content.

 Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

ITG has the right to supplement the general terms and conditions with regulations to use any newly introduced additional functions.
